Air Peace has opened bookings for its 2026/2027 winter schedule, increasing flight options between Nigeria and London with daily services from Lagos and the full restoration of its Abuja-London operations from October.
Under the new schedule, the airline will operate seven weekly Lagos-London Gatwick-Lagos services, providing passengers travelling from Lagos with a direct flight option every day of the week.
Air Peace will also restore its Abuja-London operations, with three weekly flights to London Heathrow and another three weekly services to London Gatwick. The Abuja services will take the airline’s total weekly London operations from the Nigerian capital to six.
Combined with the daily Lagos-Gatwick service, Air Peace will operate 13 weekly flights between Nigeria and London during the winter schedule.
The increased frequency is expected to provide greater flexibility for passengers travelling for business, leisure, education, family visits and seasonal commitments, particularly as demand traditionally rises during the winter travel period.
The airline said passengers from other parts of Nigeria would also be able to connect through Lagos or Abuja to London on a single Air Peace itinerary, simplifying travel arrangements and reducing the need for separate domestic and international bookings.
The restoration of Abuja-Heathrow services also gives travellers from the Federal Capital Territory an additional London gateway, alongside Gatwick, with passengers able to select services based on their preferred destination and onward travel arrangements.
Air Peace is encouraging passengers to make reservations early to secure preferred travel dates and available fares ahead of the peak winter period. Bookings are available through the airline’s website and mobile application, accredited travel agencies and major global booking platforms.
The expanded schedule reinforces Air Peace’s strategy of strengthening Nigeria’s international air connectivity, particularly on the high-demand Nigeria-UK market. Its London operations have become a significant component of the airline’s international network, providing direct travel options between the two countries.
The airline operates domestic, regional and international services across Africa, Europe, the Middle East and the Caribbean, using a fleet that includes Boeing 777, Boeing 737 and Embraer aircraft.
With the additional frequencies, Air Peace is positioning its 2026/2027 winter operation to accommodate increased passenger demand while providing more direct travel choices between Nigeria’s major cities and London.
