The Federal Government of Nigeria has announced that Nigerians can now obtain their UAE visa, effective from July 15, 2024. The Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammad Idris made this known after the Federal Executive Council meeting presided over by President Bola Tinubu.

In a statement issued on Monday by the Minister, the government of United Arab Emirates and Nigeria have reached a mutual agreement for the resumption of travel to the UAE for Nigerian passport holders.

He said the positive development was the outcome of the successful talks and extensive, high-level negotiations between the authorities of both countries.
