Emirates is rolling out a range of incentives for travellers visiting Dubai during the winter season, combining complimentary attraction passes, discounts and flexible booking options as the city enters one of its busiest periods for tourism and events.
The airline’s multi-market campaign is timed around Dubai’s winter calendar, which typically brings a packed programme of festivals, entertainment, dining and sporting events to the city.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said the initiative was designed to give travellers greater choice and value during their stay.
“Dubai offers an extraordinary range of experiences across leisure, dining, shopping and entertainment for every budget, age and taste,” Kazim said. “We’re pleased to help our customers make the most of it when they come to Dubai, with complimentary excursions and a curated set of offers designed to add value throughout their stay.”
Among the headline benefits is a package of complimentary attraction passes worth AED 535 for customers booking eligible return flights to Dubai. The package includes access to Atlantis Aquaventure Waterpark, Lost World Aquarium and Dubai City Sightseeing, allowing visitors to explore attractions ranging from the Burj Khalifa area to the historic Al Fahidi district.
Travellers can also make use of Emirates’ My Emirates Pass, which converts a boarding pass into a discount card at participating outlets across the UAE. Customers can access offers at restaurants, shops, spas, leisure venues and other attractions by presenting their physical or digital Emirates boarding pass together with valid identification.
For visitors looking to plan more of their trip before arrival, Emirates’ Dubai Experience platform brings together hotels, restaurants, tours, attractions and activities in one booking platform. Travellers can combine different experiences into a personalised itinerary, with options available across a range of budgets.
The airline is also offering greater flexibility around eligible bookings. Customers travelling to Dubai can make unlimited date changes across all cabin classes, hold a fare for 24 hours without charge and benefit from reduced refund fees, subject to the applicable terms.
Additional protection is available through Emirates’ Comprehensive Travel Cover, which can be added when booking or subsequently through Manage Your Booking. The cover includes worldwide medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation and baggage delay or loss. It also provides certain coverage related to conflicts and allows for a free trip extension of up to 30 days under the applicable conditions.
The promotional offer applies to eligible return tickets to Dubai purchased between September 21 and October 11, 2026, for travel from September 24 to December 13, 2026.
Emirates is also highlighting the benefits available to members of its Skywards loyalty programme. Members can access complimentary Wi-Fi on Emirates flights and earn or redeem Skywards Miles through a range of partners and services in Dubai and across the UAE.
At Dubai International Airport, miles can be redeemed at participating Dubai Duty Free outlets, the Emirates Official Store and marhaba Airport Meet & Greet services. Through Skywards Everyday, members can also earn and use miles at participating retail, dining and transport businesses.
Dubai Mall provides another opportunity for members to earn Miles, while the Skywards Miles Mall allows members to redeem miles for digital gift cards from brands including Amazon UAE, Deliveroo, Apple and Nike.
With Dubai entering its peak winter tourism period, Emirates is positioning the combination of air connectivity, attraction access, discounts, loyalty benefits and booking flexibility as an added incentive for travellers planning a visit to the city in the coming months.
