Zela Aviation, a prominent global aviation broker specializing in Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, and Insurance (ACMI) services, has successfully facilitated a strategic partnership between Nigeria’s Air Peace and Slovakia’s Air Explore. This agreement will see the lease of four aircraft from Air Explore to Air Peace for the upcoming winter season, enhancing Air Peace’s operational capacity and service delivery.

The deal was finalized during a meeting at Air Peace’s headquarters in Lagos, attended by key stakeholders: Allen Onyema, Chairman of Air Peace; Andreas Christodoulides, Chairman of Zela Aviation; and Martin Stulajter, CEO of Air Explore. The collaboration aims to bolster Air Peace’s fleet capabilities, ensuring efficient operations and improved passenger services during peak travel periods.

“We are delighted to have facilitated this significant partnership between Air Peace and Air Explore. This collaboration reflects the strength and growth of the Nigerian aviation market,” said Christodoulides. He emphasized Zela Aviation’s commitment to supporting Air Peace’s expansion and operational excellence.

Air Explore, a leading European ACMI provider, will seamlessly integrate its aircraft with Air Peace’s fleet, ensuring operational continuity and enhanced capacity. This partnership aligns with Air Peace’s mission to provide top-tier service and meet increasing passenger demands.
