Wakanow, Nigeria’s leading travel tech company, has onboarded new domestic airline NG Eagle to its booking platform, significantly expanding local flight access for travelers nationwide. The partnership was officially launched on July 10 at NG Eagle’s headquarters in Abuja, signaling a strategic move to strengthen domestic aviation and improve travel convenience for Nigerians.
With this integration, users can now search, compare, and book NG Eagle flights directly on the Wakanow website and mobile app. The collaboration opens up more options across major routes including Lagos, Abuja, Sokoto, Kano, Owerri, Benin, and Port Harcourt, positioning both companies as key enablers of domestic connectivity.
Adenike Macaulay, CEO of Wakanow Nigeria, described the partnership as a reflection of the company’s mission to provide better flight choices and greater flexibility. She emphasized that as NG Eagle expands its network, Wakanow customers will benefit from more seamless and trustworthy booking experiences.
Captain Amir Gaya, Managing Director and Accountable Manager of NG Eagle, noted that the airline aims to enhance the domestic flying experience in Nigeria. He said the Wakanow partnership gives NG Eagle access to a broader customer base and aligns with its goal of offering reliable, safe, and affordable air travel.
Wakanow also announced that the launch would be supported by a nationwide digital and retail campaign starting July 11. The company reaffirmed its commitment to simplifying travel for Africans and connecting people effortlessly to key destinations across Nigeria.
