Skyway Aviation Handling Company (SAHCO) PLC has been named the Best Cargo Handling Company in Nigeria for 2024/2025 at the 21st Akwaaba African Travel Market Conference and Exhibition, held in Lagos.
The company’s leadership also earned individual honours, with SAHCO Chairman, Dr. Taiwo Afolabi, listed among the Top 50 Air Cargo Personalities in Nigeria, while Managing Director/CEO, Mrs. Adenike Aboderin, was recognised among the country’s leading cargo executives.
The awards were received on behalf of the company by SAHCO’s Cargo Marketing Manager, Mrs. Anne Nwadike, who represented Executive Director of Cargo Services, Mrs. Boma Ukwunna.
Event organiser, Ikechi Uko, praised SAHCO for consistently setting the benchmark in aircraft and cargo ground handling services, noting that the company has maintained its status as Nigeria’s top ground handling provider and one of the best in Africa despite prevailing economic challenges.
