The Nigerian Aviation Handling Company Plc (NAHCO) has commissioned new ground support equipment (GSE) at Lagos’s Murtala Mohammed International Airport as part of its ongoing strategy to enhance service delivery and expand operational capabilities.

During a ceremony conducted at the airport’s cargo ramp, Dr. Seinde Fadeni, Chairman of NAHCO’s Board of Directors, officially inaugurated nine high loaders, demonstrating the company’s unwavering commitment to continuous investment in operational efficiency-enhancing equipment.

Dr. Sola Obabori, Group Executive Director for Corporate Services, described the equipment acquisition and commissioning as another significant achievement in the company’s ongoing fleet renewal initiative. He referenced similar equipment purchases made the previous year, emphasizing the company’s consistent investment pattern.

The latest additions are expected to strengthen customer confidence in NAHCO’s service quality and reliability, according to Dr. Obabori, who indicated that additional equipment deliveries are planned for the upcoming months.
