Air Peace has announced a major expansion of its domestic flight operations to accommodate rising passenger demand ahead of the festive season, with increased frequencies on key routes and the full resumption of flights to Warri. The airline said the move is aimed at easing travel pressures during the end-of-year holidays by boosting capacity, improving connectivity, and enhancing the overall customer experience across its network.
Effective Sunday, December 14, 2025, Air Peace has added more seats on several high-demand routes, including Lagos and Abuja services to Owerri, Asaba, Enugu, Port Harcourt, Kano, Benin, and Anambra, destinations that traditionally experience heavy traffic during the festive period. The airline has also strengthened connections to Northern cities, providing improved access to Yola, Maiduguri, and Gombe via Lagos and Abuja on selected days, a step designed to ensure smoother and more reliable travel nationwide.
In a development welcomed by travellers, Air Peace confirmed the return of its Warri operations. Daily return flights on the Lagos–Warri route have been reinstated and increased to two flights daily, while services on the Abuja–Warri route are scheduled to resume from December 17, 2025. The airline noted that tickets for the reinstated Warri flights are already available for purchase.
Air Peace described the capacity expansion as part of its proactive strategy to meet seasonal demand while sustaining its reputation for reliability and extensive domestic network coverage. Passengers were encouraged to book early through the airline’s official website or accredited travel agents, as demand is expected to remain high throughout the festive season.
