TAAG Angolan Airlines has entered into a strategic partnership with Habana Forwarding to expand its cargo business. The two companies have signed a renewable Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that positions TAAG as the preferred carrier for Habana Forwarding’s import and export operations along key routes, including Luanda-Lisbon and Luanda-Havana.
This collaboration aims to enhance TAAG’s role in facilitating international trade, leveraging Luanda’s potential as a strategic cargo hub for Africa, Europe, and the Americas. The partnership may extend to other destinations within TAAG’s network, broadening the airline’s cargo reach.
Miguel Carneiro, Chief Commercial Officer of TAAG, and Cenén Portuindo Hernández, Chairman of Habana Forwarding, signed the agreement, which is part of TAAG’s broader strategy to strengthen its position in the regional and global air cargo market.
This partnership reflects TAAG’s commitment to expanding its cargo services and increasing its market share in the international logistics sector.
